Pneumatic Bonder PB-700

Designed exclusively for a production environment; the maximum size rubber extrusion is 1.50 high x 2.50 wide.
The PB-700 is a bench top unit consisting of a vertical press and an electronic module.
Die-Set is a reversible combination. AS568 inch sizes on one side and Metric sizes on the opposite side.
Semi-automatic; the top die closes down against the bottom die, operated by dual air cylinders, with foot control activation, thus allowing better 2 hand positioning of rubber cord or extrusion profile.
Adjustable air pressure regulator permits control squeeze of the rubber cord or extrusion, which compensates for O-Ring cross- section tolerance deviation.
Adjustable air pressure, up to 100 psi, regulates the squeeze based on the Durometer and outside diameter of the cross section.
Aluminum die size: 2 in. x 4 in.; 2 heaters; one in each top and bottom platen.
Easily changeable Die-Sets. (4 screws)
Adjustable analog dial temperature control.
Adjustable dial timer for the automatic opening of the Die-sets. Time settings will vary based on rubber type, Durometer, and the volume of the rubber profile. This will insure the proper bonding time and bonding temperature are maintained.

Overall unit size: 12 in. wide x 12 in. deep x 14 in. high.

Reversible combination Die-Set Top view shows AS568 O-Ring sizes; .070, .103, .139, .210, .275, plus 3 additional sizes .312, .375 & .500 inch diameters.
Center view shows Metric O-Ring sizes; 1.6, 2.0, 2.4, 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 5.0 & 5.7 mm diameters.
Bottom view is Custom Die-Set, customer to supply blue print of profile or cross-section with tolerances. Shaded areas are where custom O-Ring or extrusion profile cavities can be machined.
