| Pneumatic Bonder for Heat Bonding Rubber O-Rings and Extrusions
- The basic unit with 2 in x 4 in standard dies can handle cord stock for O-Rings
- Special dies can be made for rubber tubing and extrusions.
- A bench top unit consisting of a vertical press and electronic module. Semi-automatic operation, dies close against each other, operated by a dual air cylinder, with foot control activation.
- The 2 x 4 in. die is standard, for larger rubber parts a 4 x 4 in. die can be used. The maximum die size is 4 x 6 in. Dies are screw mounted and easily changed.
- The basic unit has two cartridge heaters, 1 heater in each top & bottom platens.
- A lighted analog controller with type "J" thermocouple provides operation of temperatures up to 390o F.
- A dial operated timer control has multiple selections, from seconds to hours, however the initial recommended setting range is 1 to 12 minutes. When the foot control is actuated, the air cylinders close the dies of the press.
- Air Supply: 40 to 100 PSI.
- Operating Voltage: 115VAC, 60 Hz. 700 Watts with a 10 Amp fuse.
- Foot Print: 12 in x 12 in base plate with rubber feet.
